1). Maybe? lol I don't cry while watching movies lol
2). Definitely not! But I think Sweeney knew he was behind him. Did you see the way he lifted his head up just as Toby was about to kill him? Ya. So... umm I'm kinda pissed that Toby killed him, but then again it is totally understandable since he did figure out what Sweeney was doing and was probably traumatized etc. There's a whole analytical approach to this that's kinda hard to explain over the internet :P
